Writing in the Summer

I’ve been slacking off on my writing lately. I’ve had a lot of editing and I just needed a break. On the other hand, the boys will be out of school next week and I was going to take the summer off. Not now. I have a lot of stuff near completion, so it will not take much to finish it. It’s not going to be hard, but will take my concentration. Which is not easy with the boys around. Too bad for me. I need to get off the stick and get the work done. Sometimes, writing is a joy. I love every moment. Sometimes, it’s work. Hard, unrelenting and annoying. Do you think hookers feel the same way?
