I’m Home
By Nancy Lindquist | May 17, 2007
Warning.
This is a duplicate of my Goat Rodeo post. Normally, I would not do this, but I am today. Tired, with edits do.
I’m tired. No excuses for it. I slept a lot on this trip! I had a great time. I met some wonderful people. I’ll post later.
In the spirit of thirteen things… Since I am running way behind on my post toady.
Thirteen things I LOVED About the Liberty of the Seas.
1. The ship is amazing! It’s huge, but not overdone.
2. The booze, it’s free.
3. The Promenade. I’m not normally a fan, but this was large.
4. The dining room. Lovely.
5. The party for the Cruise Critic members. I got to meet two big wigs of RCI and thank them for inviting me. What a treat.
6. My roomie. I absolutely took the right person. Cathy is a sweet and thoughtful person and a lot of fun.
7. The Flow-Rider. Photos are coming.
8. Bolero’s. It’s a bar onboard, but it’s got a great atmosphere.
9. The check in process. Very easy.
10. The elevators. There were very few kids on this cruise. Maybe three. I didn’t think I would see any, but a few were okay. Not once, when I got in the elevator, were all the buttons pushed.
11. The decks. No chair hogs. Part of it was the weather, and part of it was the crowd.
12. The bartenders. The staff was friendly, the bartenders exceptional.
13. The members of Cruise Critic. Outstanding, in every way.

I’ve never been on a cruise but you make it sound very tempting. Glad you had fun.
