New Look

I’m a tinkerer. I play with things until I’m either happy with them, or so frustrated I give up altogether. My websites are the least of it. So it should come as no surprise that I am about to change the look of this site. I like the page, but it does not match my site and my site isn’t much to write home about. I spent the better part of yesterday working on the graphics for, “Torn Bodice.” That’s right, I worked on graphics rather than worked on my writing. I am bad and need to be punished, catch me if you can.
The thing is I’ve fallen into the same trap I’ve seen other erotic romance authors fall into. It’s a black site with light text. I didn’t want that. I wanted to be different, but the photos I got were black and white. My friend suggested a red wash, but it just looks like a whorehouse sign that way. Black and white, with touches of red it is. Ugh.
Actually, I like the graphic. I hope to upload it this weekend. That is if it’s done. Who knows. My husband has two days to get it together, or I hire someone.
